Everyone who pays RS175/- (Rupees One Hundred and Seventy Five only) are registered and insured for Rs 2 lacs under the scheme for one-year validity.

PRIVILEGES AND CONDITIONS

• By paying an annual enrolment fee of Rs.175 an individual can become a member of MATIS.
• The age limit of insured shall not be less than 3 years and more than 69 years.
• The capital sum insured for PA per individual is Rs.1,00,000/- (One Lakh)
• PA Coverage up to Rs.1 lakh to the nominee, if death occurs in addition to treatment coverage.
• The sum insured is respect of full disablement and partial disable is Rs.1,00,000/- and Rs.50,000/- respectively.
• The insurance policy provides coverage for insured persons on Road and rail accidents, industrial accidents and domestic accidents.
• These privileges will be provided under the rules and regulations of insurance Company.
• Company shall not liable to make any payment for such injury which has been existence at the time of proposing the insurance.

Policy will not cover under the following circumstance.

• Intentional self injury suicide or attempt of suicide.
• Injury related to adventure tourism.
• Whist having consumed intoxicating liquor or drugs.
• Accidents arriving out of any pre-existing disease.
• The policy shall not extend to be cover death or disablement resulting by child birth or pregnancy.
• Body injury or death from any source of nuclear weapons, material or nuclear fuel.
• Insurance coverage will not provide for treatment and investigation without doctor’s certification on internal and external injuries.
